Effect of cycloheximide treatment on the ERTF expression after 20E pulse treatment. Wing discs of the W2 stage were incubated 12 h in a medium containing 2 μg/ml 20E and then transferred to a hormone-free medium with (open circle) or without cycloheximide (50 μg/ml) for the indicated time. RNA was extracted from wing discs and reverse-transcribed to cDNA for use in qRT-PCR. Values were first normalized to rpl and then plotted relative to the highest value for each panel.
