Cytokines pattern of T helper (Th) cells. The serum levels of cytokine proteins were measured by ELISA in all studied rat groups; Th1-related cytokines, including a IFN-γ and b TNF-α; Th2-related cytokines, including c Il-10 and d IL-13; Th17-related cytokines (e) IL-17. The data represented a mean of 6 rats ± standard error of mean (SEM). Values marked with the same superscript letters are similar insignificant (P ≥ 0.05) whereas others are significant (P < 0.05)
