Climbing assays can be used to examine the locomotor activity of co-exposed of ACR + plant fraction flies compared with control and treated groups. Plant fraction showed (OLE-2 and CU-3) improvement in the climbing ability. Significance analysed by one-way ANOVA. Error bar represents the Mean ± SD. The p values *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01 were considered as significant while comparing ACR treated group and co-exposed to ACR + plant fraction group
