Dose-dependent effect of OL, DOX, and OL + DOX on viability of HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were cultured in 96-well plates at density of 1X 104 cells per well to sub confluent monolayers (80%) and treated with OL, DOX, and OL + DOX ((31.25, 62.5, 125, 250, 500, 1000 µg/ml) for 24 h. Cell viability was measured after 24 h using MTT assay. Results are presented as percentage of controls. The data are expressed as percentages of control cells.
