Size exclusion HPLC of P-A: protein peak P-A was fractionated using HPLC on a size exclusion column. Flow rate = 0.5 ml/min; mobile phase = 50 mM KPB, pH 7.4. One sharp protein peak was eluted at retention time of 23 min. This peak was studied in detail in further sections. Inset is the protein purity and molecular weight estimation of AiP1. Lane 1 is high range protein molecular weight marker; lane 2 is AiP1. Molecular weight of AiP1 was estimated to be 66 kDa
