Purification process of fat body lipase from G. mellonella larvae. Sephadex G-100 gel-filtration of lipase after ammonium sulfate [(NH4)2SO4] (40 and 80%) treatment. Fractions number 6 to 21 contained the high enzymatic activity on PNPB (50 mM) and fraction number 6 with the highest specific activity (U/mg) was collected for next steps, (no. of replicates = 3)
