(B) Endo–exogenous feeding period: remains of yolk sac are present; esophagus, stomach and kidney are evident, H&E 20X. (C) Exogenous feeding period: The yolk sac fully depletes; myotomes are W-shape. Esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas and kidney are evident H&E 10X.
